These Terms of Service govern use of the Senior Protection AI website and, together with any order, service confirmation or additional terms provided at signup, use of our phone-based services.

1. The service

Senior Protection AI offers automated phone-based services that may include wellness check-ins, companion conversations, reminders and configured family updates. Features may vary by plan and configuration.

2. Not emergency or medical care

Senior Protection AI is not an emergency response service, 911 service, medical device, healthcare provider or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or caregiving. Do not rely on the service for emergencies or time-critical medical needs.

3. Accuracy and AI limitations

Automated systems can misunderstand speech, context or intent and may produce incomplete or incorrect responses. Family updates and call summaries, where offered, should be treated as supportive information rather than independent verification of a senior’s health, safety, medication use or activities.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and configuration information, keeping authorized contact information current, using the service lawfully, and obtaining any permissions or consent required when arranging service for another person.

5. Telephone availability

The service depends on telephone networks and third-party infrastructure. Calls may be delayed, missed or unavailable because of carrier issues, outages, blocked calls, device settings or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Fees, trials and cancellation

Prices, trial offers, renewal terms and any applicable cancellation terms are those presented when you enroll or otherwise confirmed for your account. Promotional offers may change or end. Contact us if you need assistance with billing, changes or cancellation.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it for unlawful or abusive purposes, or provide information you do not have authority to provide.

8. Intellectual property

The website, service design, branding, software, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to Senior Protection AI and may not be copied, republished or exploited except as permitted by law or with authorization.

9. Service changes

We may update features, processes or technical components as the service evolves. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any account-specific terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to the limitations described in these terms and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
