By using Senior Protection AI's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Senior Protection AI provides AI-powered senior care services including: AI Companion calls, Reminders & Messages, and Wellness Checks. These services are provided via telephone, SMS, and connected devices to Canadian seniors and their families.
Important: Senior Protection AI is not a medical service, healthcare provider, or emergency response service. Our AI wellness checks and health monitoring are informational tools to support, not replace, professional medical care. In an emergency, always call 911.
Services are billed monthly. You may cancel with 30 days written notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
You agree to use our services only for their intended purpose of senior care and wellness monitoring. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our systems or other users.
Senior Protection AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding month. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which services are primarily delivered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Canada.
